NeoSystems hired me as their sole marketer to rejuvenate the corporate brand and identity during the early stages of spinning off their Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) solution, ITRAK, into a standalone business. ITRAK, an industry-focused ISV, developed its enterprise solution on the Microsoft Power Platform, enabling organizations to fully leverage their Microsoft investments. This role marked my entry into marketing specifically targeted at existing Microsoft clients.
I spearheaded the development of a new web presence and revitalized the visual identity across all marketing channels. I organized a variety of events, including ITRAK's inaugural SAFETECH Synergy Conference, numerous client engagement webinars, and everything required to be an exhibitor for several trade shows. Additionally, I successfully planned and executed the launch of ITRAK on the Microsoft AppSource platform, which has been highly effective in generating leads for product demos.

Working closely with the sales team, I utilized Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create targeted landing pages and gated content. This strategy resulted in a 65% increase in targeted impressions and significantly improved click-through rates.
